HIS LOVINGKINDNESS

Posted on 13 September, 2015 at 22:25

The Bible says in Jeremiah 31:3 The Lord hath appeared of the old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee. I love this scripture for a couple reason, one is because of the intimacy with the Lord that is displayed. When you see that the lord expressing his love don't it just make your heart melt? ( watch how sweetly he expressed his love) The scriptures says the Lord said " I have loved thee with an everlasting love". (Watch this don't miss it) that means the Lord was saying I love you for eternity, endless, never-ending, perpetual, undying, ( my God did you catch that not even death can touch his love) abiding, enduring, infinite, boundless and timeless ( I could keep going but I think you get!) I hope somebody is excited with me about the kind of love we receive from our God. When we get down because life is pounding down on us, we must remember how our God feels about us. If you mess up and the enemy tries to make you think that God is done with you. Remember His word says that God has an undying love for you. That means even though you made detrimental mistake it did not cause the death of God's love ( I just said something). Now let me be clear a mistake is a action or a misjudgment, not a lifestyle. I want to be very clear that if you are continuously doing something ( I'm talking about things contrary to the word of God) your not making a mistake you are living a lifestyle. If you find yourself in a state of sin repent and let Gods undying love restore you ( I had go there the Holy Spirit wouldn't allow me to leave it like that).

I really want everyone to understand the love that God has for us. I want you to understand that because of that perpetual love He desires for us to be blessed. I'm stressing this love thing because I know when we are going through stuff we question Gods stance on our situation. We need God to weigh in on or circumstances, and when we don't see things moving the way we think it should ( I stress point the way we think it should). We began to question God why is he allowing us to deal with these issues. However if we always remember the kind of love God has for us, we will understand that this is a Romans 8:28 encounter. What is a Romans 8:28 encounter ? We know that all things work together for our good, to them that love God, to those who are the called according to his purpose.

The last part of Jeremiah 31:3 says with lovingkindness have I drawn you ( May God my soul loves Jesus). I love how sweet my Lord is He doesn't try to fear you into loving Him. God doesn't try to trick you unto loving Him and He doesn't need to be your last option. Listen just because of His lovingkindness is reason enough to want to be in His presence. The Bible says in the presence of God there is the fullness of joy! I was drawn to him because I wanted to experience that kind of love and joy! ( can I get amen!). God's lovingkindness drew me not because I was hell scared ( don't get me wrong I didn't want to go to hell). I wanted to know what this love thing was all about. I wanted to understand why the people of God could go through crazy situation, but still say it is well with my soul. I was feeling like the Apostle Paul when he said I'm in pursuit of Him to find out why he was in pursuit of me. When God extend his grace and mercy towards us, He's showing us lovingkindness to draw us in. Why you ask? Because He has an undying love for us.

People of God listen we must be the examples of God's undying love. I challenge you today to show lovingkindness to all believers and non believers. Why? Because we need to draw people to the true and living God! Jesus said if I be lifted up upon the earth he will draw "All Men" unto Him. How do we lift our Lord up? By showing lovingkindness. The Bible says how people will know you are one of the Lords disciple is that you show love one to another!  I LOVE YOU WITH THE LOVE OF THE LORD
